Dear participants!

1. From the airport "Baikal" to the city center (bus stop "Ploshad Sovetov"), where the hotels "Baikal Plaza", "Buryatia", "Geser" and "Barguzin" are located, take a bus number 28 and route taxis № 55 and № 77 (travel cost is 30 rubles). A taxi ride from the airport "Baikal" to the hotel "Buryatia" will cost at least 350 rubles, excluding waiting and luggage (taxi phones: 200-100, 200-000, 666-666, city code - 3012). The public transport stop is located 800 meters from the airport building (see following graphic).

2. From the railway station to the bus stop "Ploshad Sovetov" there are public mini bus taxis № 4, №23, №36 (travel cost is 20 rubles). A taxi ride from the railway station to the "Sovetov Square" bus stop will cost 160 rubles. The location map is shown in the following graphic.

3. You can get from the airport or railway station to the Baikal Institute of Nature Management SB RAS (BINM SB RAS, Sakhyanovoy 6) along the following routes:

We remind you that the climate on the Baikal is sharply continental, the diurnal temperature drop can be 20-25° (in the evening and at night it is always cold!). Therefore, going to our land, along with bathing accessories (and we hope that the most weathered and courageous people will be able to swim in the Baikal), do not forget to grab a jacket (or windbreaker and sweater), a hat, warm socks. We recommend to purchase sunscreen in advance for those who are sensitive to sun tanning.

Remember, the comfort and pleasant impressions of your stay at the Baikal depend not only on the organizers and the weather, but also on your foresight!
